Does anyone know how to make a countdown timer to a certain date by calculating from the pc internal clock?

It's possible if you're using MMF, but I've only done it rather shakily. It involved using a whole lot of different counters to store the "target" month, day, hour, minute (or however accurate you want it) and then subtracting the current month, day, hour (etc etc) from those.

You can do this much more easily with the new TimeStamp extension:

The way that WCB said will work for CNC/TGF too as they have Date & Time objects.
