I don't think you can, I believe you can only connect to a Moo Server

Yes, someone made an MSN messenger clone using MooSock. However, you must know the protocol, which is going to be advanced and not well documented.

I remember that app. It connected, showed who was online but you couldn't talk to them. Oh wait here's the verision with chat:
