It isn't really in my soup (or is it?), but who here plays or has played Animal Crossing? This game is undeniably brilliant, the sense of a living breathing community in REAL time! Yah Yah!
If any still plays it, I'm just wondering if anyone has any of the Classic Set - such as perhaps a ... cabinet, the one with plates in it, cheers!
BTW You do realise if you've never played this before it means you are not REAL right?

Well, in the UK's case, it's yet to come out (24th September, I think). I actually imported it back in April, and initially its great fun, but once you learn all the routines of the day, pay off the loan fully, it just gets boring.
Are you talking about the first Animal Crossing on GC? Wow, even we have that, although it came out late. I wouldn't bother buying it, the rest of the world is over it so your trading partners are drastically reduced. At one point you could trade for whatever you wanted within minutes on a message board.
i got it earlier this year (around feb) from australia (imported) and as circy said, it does get boring after a while. but some of the nes games are cool to play, especially on a gameboy.
It's kind of like Harvest Moon minus a farm. You arrive in a town, explore, move into a house and decorate it, that sort of thing. There's heaps of items to collect, and you can trade by exchanging codes with people.
