It looks like his cape has splatted onto something - make those tails shorter.
You should've added more shading to the black areas, and lightened the creases on the arms, legs and torso. Also, it looks odd when the head is antialiased and the rest of the body isn't.
Some might say you pillowshaded but it works fine as if the lightsource is from the front.
Hey just fill in those circles on his stomach black. That way he has a reason for being swolled, he got shot! FatMan NANANANANANANANA FatMan! It looks okay seeing as you didnt draw it pixel by pixel like some people with no life. (ME!)

Hmmmmm.... After studing this picture even more. I've come to the question to ask is what exactly is he hiding behind his back? Is it ripped tights? Weggy? Bomb?!? Peanut? or maybe its just the cure for AIDS and he's just laughing at us with his unevened body. While we just wonder and make fun of his ugliness.
