Basically anyone with a graphics programme can join and create stuff. It's a bit of fun, as Keith Barrett would say, and it's a good way of getting ideas for stuff.

Ha. They make the same mistake as most people do when they create interweb forums; they start off with too many sections. You should always start with just a couple of forums, and add more as it gets more popular. Otherwise you'll just make it look dead, and scare people away.
