I think you should check up on some anatomy books. Also a load of basic form drawing. The pictures on your deviantart page are more or less deformed and quite flat.

I also think you shouldn't post a link to both the link section and to the boards.

Also, I agree with Smarty, you can improve your drawings a lot with quite easy things.
