Too many forums. Seriously... Maybe you should have merged the general chat and the misc chat forum or something. Also, what's the point in that critic's lounge? If somebody wants to post something about the code, he could just do it in the code-it forum. And maybe hide the admin forums for normal users. This way, I'm like "holy shit, no way I'm gonna check all these forums, it's going to take ages!" and probably won't visit any of them in the first place.
