GOTW #224: A Mini Falafel Adventure
News posted 10th March, 2007 by Flava
I'm not very good at predicting results for the GOTW. I again thought it would be a close vote, however A Mini Falafel Adventure pretty much wiped away all of it's competition. Congratulations to Nim on creating a very nice game!

Not many games this week to vote for - I'm not going to bother saying whether or not I think it will be a close vote, because I'll probably be wrong anyway. The games up for the award this week are:

cyborg
Random Stuff
Mr Dig
Project Behemoth
The lost Castle

Nice one! The game was alright, solid engine and all that. Shame I gave up on the game after dying one too many times. Still voted for it though.

It's great because it's consistent in the graphics and design plus it has a steady engine. Not to mention the fact that it's super-cute!

Yea but it got some bugs. I counted sth about 5 or even above... But game deserved it.

Thanks guys

I've noticed the feedback has been pretty interesting: People seem to either give up after dying once or twice, or keep playing until they beat it. It's nice to know that carefully made game engines don't go unnoticed, either. Thanks for playing anyway. You may all go back to playing The Underside now.
