HUD update

Changed up the design for the HUD. Personally, I like this design much better. It looks so much cleaner than the previous layout.
Also, a small example of the Vile movement.

How cool does this all look? I like the HUD alot - defo in the same spirit of those 8-bit and 16-bit masterpieces that used to get thrown out in the 1990's
