Looks pretty decent, the one annoying thing is the invisible fog of war thing though. How they disappear in a well lit area, even though it may be realistic to not be able to see some one who is behind an obstacle why can we still see other objects not in view?
It would make more sense to have darkness cast in the areas he can't see.
Its a very logical point of view to be sure, but casting shadows all over the place would completely ruin the look of the game, and is really quite unecessary.
The AI perform flanking manouvers in which they attempt to circle round the player and catch them from an angle they wont expect. That would be pretty pointless if the player can see the enemy at all times. It may seem a little bit strange at first but it makes the gameplay so much more tense when the enemy can sneak up on you.
