Be thou not afraid! Play it! Have fun!

...but keep these points in mind:

graphics are not completely finished
certain sound effects are not ready yet
"zone 3" is the level I'm currently working on, so it's not finished

I can't even get past the part with the two moving spikes! Good Job, though on the hardness.

I did an over-extensive review on your game Survival Space. You should check them out.

Links are on Gamebuilder as a comment to your game.

Are you sure the gaps between the spikes aren't a little too small? lol. I have, been only able to get past two parts of the jumping spikes. Plus, the crushing cylinder is quite a shocker. And I was thinking that pansy was going to be completeable.
Anyway, I'll have to go through it some more. I would also reccommend avoiding ripped/remixed music whenever possible. You have a good level track. You should be able to come up with something else. Or a second track at least, as a treat for longer lived players. Nice job btw. Also, this is the first click game that I've picked up in I think years. The first one being a shoddy poorly done sonic fangame. I couldn't find any bugs yet. Thats a good thing.

I always make sure each obstacle and trap is possible to pass (so long as you are supposed to, and if you're not supposed to, then there is either another way around or it means you've reached a dead end). The parts you are talking about are all passable.

I'm not sure I get what you're saying about the music and the "level tracks". Please explain so I understand better.

I've worked hard to make sure there aren't any bugs. Today I've come to terms with the fact that I have to change a very major part of the physics/collision system. After this change has been made, we'll have to do a bit more testing and hopefully it will be even LESS buggy (and lag will be eliminated).

Thanks for your comment! I hope you do try it again some more and you find some great challenges, but overall, enjoy the game!

Level track: the main music that is playing when you move around in a level.

Track: Another name for song. ie death track/song.
Ripped: Using music from another game.
Remix: A piece of video game music made to sound different by putting it in another style/arrangement.

Most games usually have only one song per level. Take Mario for example. Other songs may have deeper sound tracks by adding one or two more songs to a level. When I stood still to listen to it, it got a little repetitive, but not too much. And you won't especially notice it if your dying all the time. But, it's still nice to have a little variation every now and then in the music. ie, any Halo or Metroid level. (If I sound like a smart hole in the first part, I'm not meaning too. You did ask for an explanation, no?)
Hope that helps!

The Jumping spikes I can do. I just can't do the top and bottom moving spikes.

Xhunterko, you make it sound as if I use the same music throughout the whole game. This is not the case. In fact, there are currently 6 different musical tracks, not counting the "game over" music. 2 of those are of course the Title screen and Game Load screen. The other four are for the 3 currently existing levels and a boss battle.

If you were only hearing the same track during your game play, then you never left the first level/area.

Maybe I still misunderstand your point, but that's what I gather from it... that you seem to think I only use one track in the game.

Watermelon, keep trying and don't give up! Some days I can get it within a few tries, other days I can't seem to get it at all. It's part of the challenge!

That's not what I'm saying. I think you have misunderstood. All I'm saying is that for the levels in general, it may be a good idea to have more then one track. Maybe I'm not very good at communicating very well. BTW, your screenshots aren't showing up. My bad.

More than one track? You mean like have a different one play when the first one finishes? That does sound interesting, but I don't think I want to bother with that. It's a waste of space (memory wise) in comparison to the type of game this is. Unless someone just stands there and does nothing, it's highly unlikely they'd ever get all the way through the first track anyway... even if they didn't die, they would have reached another level before the song is anywhere near over.

Ah well, it was an idea. My tracks are fairly short and sound similiar so that would be something for me to consider. Sorry I sounded so confusing at first. And to be honest, I didn't notice any lag at all.
