I'm a firm believer in extensive, thorough beta testing, which is why I am still seeking out interested individuals with good eyes and strong imaginations to join our beta team over at the Fangame Forums.
Perhaps it may seem like a lot, but my current goal is to try to get about 10 good testers on the project, at least for now. Currently we only have 4.
I believe thorough beta testing by a larger group of individuals is important because it allows the developer not only to rid the game of bugs and glitches, but to also get a good feel of the good, the bad, and the ugly in terms of general design and gameplay mechanics. It is a great resource for learning what kinds of things grab a player's attention and what things tend to put them off. This is why you have seen me post a few beta builds here on TDC.
If you like this project, and you like where it's going and want to be part of a team that will help get it there faster, just come on over to our forum and send me or Silverrida a PM. (Silverrida is our new Beta Team Coordinator).
