Last weekend, I met up with Last Chance to Reason as they continued their tour in California. Took a train up, chilled with them for a few days and got to see them live. They rock extremely hard, and it was great to finally meet up with the guys I've been working with for so long!
Seeing them and going to a live show meant I got to see a lot of people play the current build I'd sent the band. We jammed on it a little in hotels, and they have it set up at their shows on the merch table. Got tons of feedback and a hearty list of things I need to fix. Small errors and tweaks aside, the demo build is pretty much 100%.
I should be getting word soon if Prosthetic wants to give the game a budget, where I'll be able to work on it full-time and produce the complete game - a level for every track on the album!
In summary... awesome guys, badass prog metal music, great game testing experience. One heck of a weekend.
