After fixing a lot of stuff and making the final tuning, the development of the actual game has finally begun. I've improved the 'zombie intelligence' and gave them a field of view. If you get inside the field of view, the zombies start chasing you. This small change makes overall combat a lot more interesting and zombies don't just act like 'walking obstacles' anymore.
Besides the enemy intelligence, I've made a lot of changes to the storyline and this finally changes the fact that 'GunGirl2' will most likely not be the final name of the game as it takes place BEFORE the happenings of GunGirl. That means that this time you're right in the middle when the zombie terror breaks out.
Also the main hero of the game has changed. You play as Marv, a regular guy who just happens to be in the right place at the right time. Fortunately his abilties and talent to survive are extraordinary, which will even make him the most important person for other characters to survive.
Right now I'm in the middle of making new tilesets for the new areas you can encounter. Besides of normal types like a forest and an urban setting, you will find a portal later in the game that takes you to other places of chaos and evil (don't wanna spoil something^^).
