What is that 1MB+ HTML file that appears to open as jibberish?
The intro screen is good, but shaking the entire window with a fullscreen 320x240 resolution looks quite tacky when you see your taskbar and other windows on the edge of the screen. I would suggest using a method that shakes the frame/scrolling window rather than the entire application window.
The blue buttons and the blue title appear somewhat not flush with the rest of the graphics you've created for the title. They just weren't really clear and readable, like your menu sprites were.
Funtionally, I think it's a good intro/menu, but I think there are just some visual issues that keep it looking more amateur rather than well-polished.
The fire on the Flyte in the menu part doesn't look good at all. Keep the title still too. And also, I didn't get why there was those falling blue things. They didn't really seem to go.
