Quick look at the new El Burro design.

Hey guys, here's a little taste of what's to come!

The design isn't final, there's still background layers and other changes left as well as some adjustments on the main character El Burro.

Even though some of this is being changed at the moment I'd sure love some feedback if you have any comments to share!

Well that's awesome! The only thing that sadly makes me weep is the clashing resolutions between the character and the backgrounds, the bg's are retro low-res awesome, and the character is super-defined sweet-sweet potato-pie cute pixelart. But they don't mix that well.

Using the resolution of the character means getting a LOT of work with bg's to have them match the level of detail, but making the character low-res eliminates the awesome level of detail in the design.

Tough call, though I believe it's worth it.

Didn't realize how much it actually clashes til' you just said it. ^^

We're gonna try making some changes and see if we can keep up doing a more detailed background and such.
