Looking really good, although I couldn't really figure out what was going on up/down wise but I'm sure if I play the game it'll be more clear to me.

There is a short narration in the beginning of the area that introduces you to the new effect. After that there's a small section where you can experience the effect for yourself without any great danger.

Blue66, I really like your palette choices. The green and yellow in the background look really nice with the brown and tan in the foreground. I struggle with color decisions to no end.
