I may be interested, though I can't devote ALL my time, I can draw fairly quickly and i think my sprites aren't THAT bad (but it's up to you so...) If you want examples of my work just tell me something to draw
If you put a million monkeys at a million keyboards, one of them will eventually write a Java program.
The rest of them will write Perl programs.
I dont need things like states, those are just maps I downloaded and cut. More like, design the background that would replace the red rectangle that's the HUD background. Also, the little cross-hair that I made that's horrible. I think its 20x20. Stuff like that.
I was thinking something maybe like army green camo or something, and make use of the fact that theres text and a flag there. Like, make some sort of box around them but fancy, not just a box, so you can read it better. Maybe use this picture to layout the boxes (be aware that some of it got cut off on the right, the background isn't the full 160 in this. You can use it to get height though.
