Well, it's not as dynamic as I'd like ... (when it comes to the coding aspect of it at least) (it can't be altered easily as it's basically active picture and direction based) .... well, I guess what I'm trying to say is ... it's perfectly easy for a circle shaped character that needs no animation frames.
It's basically more of a method than an engine, but I can post it if you truly want it.
Do you still want it, after my negative description of it?
