The quality would be pretty good, and you wouldn't have to download a big file (just the installer for the program). I don't how many people use it, but I use it for anime. But uploading a file is no problem for me or for most people with decent downloading speed. I'm beamish.

If you put up a divx video, I'll have it converted to mp4 for the iTunes podcast. Last time I was on this site it said I was "16."
