DoDo The Doughnut & The Mean Bean Musher Machine (DEMO)

This is a fun lil' game I made from a crazy idea I made up a few nites ago.

This DEMO version is a preview of the full game (which will be free unless i make my own background music). The Full Version will definately have more features, obstacles, and of course levels. Furthermore, the full version will include the story mode. The DEMO doesn't explain the background story so i will here:

::Background Story::
DoDo the Doughnut (similar to the "gingerbread man") is sent on a quest by the popos (police). His mission is to save all the doughnuts from a wacky scientist named Doobie. Doobie has been taking the doughnuts from the popos and sticking them in his "mean bean musher machine" (A doughnut's worst nightmare..). DoDo goes into the musher machine and from there on, you take control.

You must save all of the Doughnuts and escape the Mean Bean Musher Machine!

left/right = moves dodo left/right
up/down = moves dodo up/down ladders
shift = jump/catch ladder

[final notes]
Background Music uses the DCM2 object (bass.dll)

I did NOT make ANY of the audio samples or background music!!!

The mp3 file is why the demo's so big..sorry bout that if you dont like it (50 Cent's the shit!!)

ALL gfx are ORIGINAL!!

Custom Platformer engine coming soon..

A few minutes later... Aaah, MP3 files! The game itself is only 870KB, but the whole thing is more than seven times that for the sake of one MP3! Anyway, the graphics are good and the game is nice, although (what I assume is) the default movement is annoying. I'd be willing to help with a custom engine, email me through my profile or DC Mail me or whatever.

and now you put it up on the internet... you think thats legal?? (who cares anyway... ) trash that mp3, all the dll's and the shit about GNU license, who cares?? (i don't have anything against you, but there's alot of unnecesary stuff in this game)
