From the makers of Mercenary we bring you Ai Sports v 1.9

AI Sports is a 2D football game involving Robots and clever AI. It can be played by 1 or 2 players simultaneously. Version 1.9 features a 5 minute match, where each team must try to score the most goals. Each team consists of 6 Robots (2 Defenders, 1 Midfielder, 1 Goaly and 2 Strikers). This is a great game to play with your mate and you are bound to find yourself being gripped into this game.

If you were targeted AI as a goal, you did good job on AI, as for other things, need some improve, like have AI to hold on to ball then release to goal or sent to next player, etc. Kentonian did reviewed it but some of them had wrong idea, like saying it needs career mode, it need different team name instead of 'black team' or 'white team', As long as it is only AI engine, who care about career mode, world mode, black/white team name?

I did not like this, it was a good try for computer AI though. Would be better as a screensaver.

Hehe, it has produced quite a nice responce from the community from looking at these comments, I think we've done well here. Sean hasn't mentioned that he is well on the way with AI Sports 2, and will be implementing a tournement mode with 16 other teams, as well as other cool features, AI tweaks, and improved gameplay (so that the player gets more involved)... I was originaly the man behind AI Sports (every version except 1.9), but im now in charge of the Mercenary 2 project, so AI Sports belongs to Sean. Good Luck Sean!
