This is my entry to the TDC Christmas Compo Grid-Based Game Competition. I know that it isn't amazing but it is fun. Basically, you play the role of "Henry the Elf" how has to collect presents. You have 1 Minute to collect as many presents as you can. It was made in TGF. I hope some people enjoy it because it is a fairly generic game but I think it brings back the arcade spirit.

Please comment and try to keep criticism constructive. The last time I uploaded something Phizzy insulted me badly and scared me away from the site. I know it was kind of a wimpy thing to do, but I didn't think the game was that bad and he didn't even explain why he called me "a retarded yankee". BTW, I'm not a yankee.

Ok, i'll be careful

The game is too simple. There isn't much challenge in the gameplay. The game should at least keep track of the highscore.

There's also a bug, you can walk out of the screen. Maybe you forgot to set the center of the screen to the elf?

Graphics also aren't consistent. I'm guessing you made the elf, but you got the gift from somewhere else.

The game makes me wonder what age you are. 10-12 years old? (Sorry if I insulted you if you're a lot older

)

Not very much to say about it. It is a very short game. One minute and then you have to remember your best score yourself? Not much replayability. But I hear you started on the last day of the compo, so..

Thanks, I know the game is simple but to tell the truth....I started it an hour before the deadline. I wished I could've had more time because I know that it's easy to see that I didn't spend as much time as I should've. I did make the graphics myself. The gift was done MUCH MUCH earlier for a different christmas thing for a friend and I snagged it from that. The elf I made the day of as you can probably tell.

Yeah...
