This is my first game i made using tgf2, its a action platformer game. I never completed it so i thought i ll submit it here. You play as a ninja and you use a sword to hack up bad ninjas, this demo includes 2 stages + 1 bonus stage + 2 boss fights and plenty of blood and gore. It even has a film clip at the start and a cool gameover screen and has ripped music. To select the menu option press enter! and when you reach to the stage flag hit your sword with it.
....well thats about it OH! and the controls are below:
attack: crtl
jump: shift
esc: quit game during gameplay

you have compile it with mmf. its called "save as stand alone game" in tgf. if you dont save it as a game all you have is the native .mfa file.

also your screenshot is broken.

what...the...frick...

this game could be pretty good. graphics arent the best but better than most. i was like "this looks cool", and then i played it. dont use custom platform movement....ever.

enemies were more annoying than anything. most of them you couldnt kill without getting close enough for them to attack you. and then you cant even parry attacks or anything. and even when you die. you dont die? lol wtf. good effort though.

I was tempted to give you a 5-star just because you 5-starred both my things i've put up so far ...

But, I've got to be honest, this game could be really good. However, I noticed little things that detracted from the fun factor.

One such thing that was rather irritating was how my head hits things that it shouldn't hit. I'd think I could jump up past as there was no apparent barrier, but instead it would hit below the top of a platform.

Another thing was how the sword only stabs .. there's no swing at all, and it seems to disappear quicker some times than the other times.

This game could be Great, instead of just average.

Fix a few things and I'll give ya a 5 for sure.

Thanks for the comment, i made this game when i first bought TGF2 so i did not know how to make the character jump over the platforms.....i still dont know! But i am working on the attack animation right now.

Great fricken game! Yeah, there's tons gore and great graphics. One of the best 1.3 megabytes I've downloaded. The boss is extremely hard though unless I don't know how to fight him.

Glad you like it, the best way to beat the boss is to jump next to him and attack by pressing shift and ctrl repeatedly, this will let you attack faster Or you can jump on the boat on stage 2, that will take you to a new boss.

Good game, I think you should learn a bit more then carry on making this. The visuals are nice to look at, however I don't like how the ninja is constantly is constantly facing you. Add a left and right animation for him. As mentioned, the default platform movement is a bit annoying at times and I keep hitting the top of platforms when I feel I should be able to jump onto them. Some enemies i think are impossible to kill, the ones standing on the rocks in the sinking sand - can you kill them without getting hit yourself?
It's already a cool game but improve on these things and it's a 4 or 5 star game for sure.
