"Be there or Be Squared" as the saying goes.

This is a small but addictive mini-game where there is more skill required than meets the eye. You are the yellow square and you are enclosed in a room that will only get more dangerous as time passes. You must avoid the orange squares and stay far away from the red square or it's an instant game over. You have a bit of support though, every 30 seconds or so a green square will spawn which if collected will turn on a 'Pacman' style superpower where the tables turn and you become the feared one, you will be able to destroy other orange squares which takes more weight of your shoulders but you still cannot destroy the red square.
The red square is where all orange squares will spawn from so you should stay relatively far from it. You lose one life for every orange square you collide into and as said before it is instant game over if the red square is collided into.

Like I said before there is more skill required then meets the eye because experts at this game are able to go into this sort of trance where they can calculate the paths of individual squares in order to know where they should be headed in order to find a safe zone for the time being, you will understand what I mean once you have played this several times.

Hope you enjoy the game, take in regard this game was made in one day- I had nothing else to do and I have a fascination for simple addictive mini-games.

Make this Vitalized and I'll give it a go.

This has potential to be a good little minigame, similar to Quadnet, but it's not quite there yet - mostly because it lacks any kind of excitement.

The baddies are way too slow, and the play area too big (relative to the size of the objects in it).

The music is very inappropriate - needs to be hardcore techno, rather than relaxing trance.

I don't like the built-in player movement - I'd rather you just had instant acceleration/deceleration.

You can just sit in a corner until a green square appears, with almost no danger of getting hit.
This last point could be easily fixed by making the baddies wrap around the playing area instead of bouncing off the walls.

Perhaps different types of enemies wrap.

Thanks for the feedback so far.

I've reviewed the game, and as I said in the review, it wasn't a bad game, but it just needed that little bit extra to make it a game people will want to play more than a few times.

Appreciate the review and thanks for those points. If I have some spare time I might create a better more detailed version of this.

Reminds me of a game i once played where you had to avoid odd-shapes bouncing around the screen that got faster and faster. It was mouse controlled and (apparently) designed to test the reactions of air force pilots. Apparently.

Anyways, this was a nice idea and played pretty ell, though i think it dragged on too long and could have done with being faster in the early stages to keep the player engaged. Defo worth a sequel, i think!
