Ok. So I've recently been working on this '360shooter' of mine..and encountered a problem I've encountered so many times before. Scroll lagging. I remember conquering this problem a while back, but it's been a while sense I last 'clicked'. Basically what's happening is when the screen goes to scroll with the active, the speed/animation/projectiles of the active, all slow down..
I also noticed reducing the screen size to 320x200 basically got rid of the problem, but 320x200 is not suitable for my idea. Set screen to 0x0 of active just doesn't work.
thanks.

If you're using MMF, enable DirectX and VRAM in runtime properties. Allows your graphics card to boost scrolling. Should run fine once you've enabled them.
