Might as well cut & paste from my blog, since this's going to be pretty bloggy no matter what.
So I went on a motorcycle toy drive on the weekend. Was pretty fun, lots of santas on trikes and the like. One thing I learned: attaching foam antlers to your helmet generates a lot of drag when you're racing down a freeway. It's enough to throw serious doubt on the aerodynamic properties of actual reindeer. Anyhoo.
There were a couple of hundred bikes there, mostly Ducatis and Harleys. Everyone sort of gathered at the Rocks and rode down to Parramatta Speedway. Near the beginning we were separated by traffic lights, and ended up riding at the front of a group of a hundred or so. Pretty neat. Kind of made it difficult to get some nice film though.
A couple of pictures from the day:
I also made four short videos. Two near the beginning, one on a freeway and one moving very quickly over the Anzac Bridge. Unfortunately I'm on dialup ATM and it's a bitch to upload, so here's one at least (2.8mb):

At first I was gonna ask if that was your girlfirend on the back, but of course you don't have a girlfriend and the people in the photos are actually the people in front of you.
Dude. I'm on the bike when I'm taking those pictures. That means you can't see me or the rider.
I don't like bikes all that much, so I wouldn't ride a piece of crap like that anyway.
