Hmm... since I could use a web designer, and it seems that unlike most people, I see nothing wrong with you... maybe I should give you a chance. Under two conditions..
1. A temp quarantine is still around, at least till you make me a decent site
2. I need a fairly active site, or at least something easy to update. So, you have to at least be able to update more than me (i.e. about once every month at least )
3. Website shouldn't be too sloppy
