I've recently decided to try and actually do something with my copy of MMF 1.5. I'm totally new to creating games and have never worked with coding or the like. I was just curious if there were any good sites that had tutorials on just making a basic platform game, introducing all the elements of MMF and what they do etc?
Welcome, this place has tons of articles to help you out and feel free to ask questions here, it is a very active forum so all of your questions will be answered quickly.

Keep in mind that a lot of the articles here are written by 9-year olds. If you're looking for technical help and tips on how to do things, try the Clickteam forums:
Use the "Search" function before asking questions, since chances are pretty good that most of your early questions will already have been asked 1,000 times.
It's got a lot of the most common of the common newbie questions, and if you have anymore, just feel free to ask. It's people like you that make the FAQ worth writing (no offense intended, in case that sounded offensive).
