This is the worst forum I have ever seen. They filter everything you submit before it gets posted, and when you ask a question that could look bad for Microsoft, they delete it or use circular reasoning to try to confuse or discourage you. It's like Nazi Germany over there.
And an email message I got, from replying to somebody's post saying: "I feel sorry for that guy."

I wasn't gonna ever visit the XBox forums. XBoxs suck really, let's be honest. They might be powerful, but the games suck. Halo 2 vs GTA San Andreas? HAHAHA! That's a joke. Tekken on XBox? Nope. Tony Hawk's Underground didn't have online play on the XBox version cos Microsoft wouldn't allow un-vented content.
Xbox sucks, they Advertise it in their own games, why!? you already have an XBox if you're playing it. Not to mention That Halo only sold half as much as GTA Vice City (I hate both of em, but who cares ).
Everyone thinks I'm insane...in fact, I have like 7 people at my school who want to kill me because I don't like halo XP

its not illegal to have a modded console, only if you have copied games/illegal software which i dont.
i really like my Xbox but only because ive toyed with it. im running a media centre at the moment which is really too damn amazing (wirelessly streaming videos/music/images from anywhere in my house) AND i can play DivX videos without having to use a cheapo DivX DVD/CD player from Aldi or having to hook up my laptop to the TV.
ive just downloaded Linux for it but havnt got around to installing it, but apprantly its pretty snazzy.
and its pretty to play emulators with controllers and TVs for the real old skool feel. saves me getting out my NES
