So I'm not really sure what to call this type of effect, other than a warping of space-time... similar to either the charge shot in metroid prime (where things seem to bend or warp around a large mass), or that screensaver on most windows PCs that is like a magnifiying glass being moved around the screen, distorting the screen. I want an attack in my game to do that, and have no idea how using TGF. Is this clear what I am trying to do.. or am I just rambling?
I know what you mean, but unfortunately it's not possible to do stuff like that in TGF. I dunno if you could use the Overlay object in MMF to do something like that, I've seen some cool effects done with that, but not in TGF.
I know what your talking about and you can find a tutorial on how to do it at tigerworks.co.uk It is under the TGF/MMF section. Im not sure if it works for TGF also but you can try. If not, why not start using MMF? If u dont have the full version id be glad to make ur games into a .exe file and send them back to u.
"Actually sir, we found a tiny unicorn in your exhaust. It was jumping around poking holes in your gas tank." "Oh thank you I did not know that. A tiny unicorn? Wow."
