Hello!
When I make an object turn invisible, it tends to be pasted into the background, and the only way to remove it is to scroll out of that area and then scroll back. Does anyone have an answer to why these things happen?

It seems to happen a lot with scrolling. Sometimes fiddling with the object's settings can prove useful, but maybe you should try creating an animation that's completely blank and just switch to and from that rather than using invisibility.

Make sure "Inactive if far from window" in scrolling properties is unticked.

You can create a blank-like animation: just make one frame with a dot in it.

Oh wait. You can also set the object's transparency to 128 (in MMF).
