This solitare club thing has been around for a while now, and has accumilated a good # of posts. I'm curious, has anyone actually used these forums to formed a team that produced a decent game? This post is not meant to be sarcastic or anything like that, I'm just curious (and I also can't be bothered to read over all the old posts)

I answered to a forum post once, saying I was interested, and 2 days later the post just disappeared. So I've decided to keep making them games alone.
I joined crobasoft from a post in here, and I'm happy with the decision. Now if we can make a great game is yet to be seen, but Run Away got some good marks.

Well ... like Saven, I joined CrobaSoft too through this section when Wartagon recruited last time. I cannot say we have made a descent game just yet ... but a number of us is working on it.
Yup, this place works well. Only thing better was that uber-long speech on the General Forums that became surprisingly successful, but after we got confused about the storyline, that project vapored.
But I've got some good teammates from here on some bad projects, but I believe my latest one could be a hit after enough time, and maybe if someone could do the background art. Just need one more devoted person....
Though I must say that this place has about a 20% of finding someone suitable per person. You usually end up with lazy, overenthusiastic bums or over-egoistic guys who don't do a thing.
