Well, 2 days ago a new Click Forum was launched, and I've become a moderator in it. The following 2 people who answer good enough and who are willing to help the site will become a moderator too, the site is here:

Uh... well, it is less busy... 
And it has another look/control which may appeal more.
And there's just another forum, the more the better

It's not that useful to translate a new forum into multiple languages. The forums will not get filled.
