I'm onto trying to learn how to use the Minimap Object extension by TigerWorks. Currently when adding a postion of a unit on the minimap, the minimap sort of 'draws' the objects position. Want I want to know is how to make it to just point out the position without having the whole minimap looking like some paint-board that Phizzy's made.
Is it possible? How?
thanks Edited by the Author.

You should be flattered, Phizzy.
btw, you could create a minimap not too hard without the extension.... but I won't explain how. I'll only tell you that you would be more free.

DaVince: Yeah. I know a way to do a minimap by myself too, but the frame's already in over 300 events.
Phizzy: Midget!

I thought you could use up to 4096 events, so it shouldn't be a problem if you group it. The minimap extension looks boring.

I never said that midgets are retards, I just told Phizzy that he was a midget (which is true, I've seen him in real life. And believe me, that's nothing you wanna do!).

Look at the tutorial pack I posted, you can see a minimap example. But it's not so cool as Tigs.

Yeah didnt it come with an example? You have to use the clear action.
BTW I know it's easy to have a custom minimap, but if you're plotting lots of points you can end up with loads of little active objects and one thing MMF isn't very good at is being fast with lots of actives.
