In the date and time object is there anyway to make it so that
upon time is between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM animation dark background is showing.
And so on with other times of day for the brighness outside.
This is in mmf. THanks alot!!!!
I also want it to count down til' my birthday.
This is in the form of a screen saver.
So if anyone could show me how to do that that would be great Edited by the circy. Edited by the Author. Edited by the Author.

Seeing as i've NEVER used that object before, i'm not too sure. But you might be able to use the "Compare two general values" condition:
+ Time => 20.00
+ Time <= 17.00
- Set animation to dark (or whatever you want)
Not sure if you can do that - I don't happen to have a copy of MMF on this PC, so I can't try it out
This is a signature. Have this one on me.

For the countdown it might be easier to convert the entire date in to the number of seconds since a fixed point in time. I thought it was easier, actually, but having looked at the Date/Time object again I can't find the actions that I thought I could use.
Comparing the time of day to a value should be easy, though - do what Flava suggested.

well for the darkening/lighting part, you might use the pallete object, I was considering using it before I gave up on MMF.

No! I have the background all set up but I need to make it so when the internal clock is equall to lets say 10:00 am the background will change to the one that I made.
How would I make it so the time is set to a value or such nonscense.

Maybe you could have 2 seperate frames with the different backgrounds and when the time changes, make it change frames.
