1)How do we make objects like a simple colored rectangle but we can see through it .... AN OBJECT IS PLACED BEHIND THAT RECTANGLE AND WE CAN SEE THAT OBJECT
2)Where will i find a TEXT TO SPEECH converter which can convert our text to voices like that of real human beings!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) Set the transparancy in the ink effects for that object.
2) There are a million of them online. Google "text to speech." None of them are "like that of real human beings!!!!!!!!!!!!" though. Even commercial ones aren't that advanced yet.

1. Set the Rectangle to have Semi-Transparency in Ink Effects
2. There is an ActiveX made by Microsoft to do this, you first must have the ActiveX installed (its found somewhere on the microsoft website) and then you just insert the activeX control into MMF and voila, although for it to work on anothers computer they will need that ActiveX plugin.

The Microsoft and apple text to speech ones are fucking awful.
BUT I have good news; AT&T has a really good free one here:

Amazing quality and very realistic. Sometimes the voice cracks or doesn't get the inflection right, but I am very impressed with what they have accomplished.
