Well, ive registered a domain today which is pretty cool,
I have a new community planned which should be great, It will be a website based on games but mostly the new xbox 360 and tunnelling.
My theory is the MS marketing team had a brainstorming session on "What's more EXTREME than 'X'", and it degenerated into everyone twirling around in circles.
I'm not really interested in any of the new consoles... I don't have any of the current generation consoles either at least Nintendo decided to ditch the babydiscs.
well, lets see who gets the killer app. PS3 will have Blu-Ray which might work in their advantage.
- Ok, you must admit that was the most creative cussing this site have ever seen -
its called 360 becouse you - the user, is in the center of attention. You are Surrounded with the Surround sound system and HD video qualety. I've been whatching way too many E3 vidoes...
It's called 360 because they don't want their XBOX 2 to sound outdone by the Playstation 3, and they wanna at least equal Nintendo's rotation theme. I haven't watched any E3 videos.
I saw the final fantasy 7 intro on ps3 graphic demo, sweet as hell.
Also i wish people would stop being so loyal to one console, its lame arguing over which is better.
I always wiat for some decent games to come out and buy the console based on the games.
The current generation i got ps2 for gta3 mainly also final fantasy 10, i also got a gamecube because it was dirt cheap £70 + a game and mario sunshine looked great.
the last generation? Playstation because of final fantasy 7 and fifa 98
the one before? Megadrive because of Sonic the hedgehog.
Keep in mind that NONE of the e3 videos for the PS3 were rendered realtime, or even on the system. They were "this is what you can expect" videos. I remember sony doing the same thing with the PS2, and just now is the PS2 able to match those renders.
The X360 demos weren't rendered on the hardware either, they used G5s. I can't understand that, as it meant they didn't look any better than games running on an Xbox.
Sony has claimed lots of things in the past, present, and probably future. I trust about a quarter of what sony say during system launches, they've been known to lie/misdirect/etc quite a bit during these times. Surprisingly, I trust about half of what microsoft says in comparison; they haven't been lying/appeared to be lying as much as they used to, though I still suspect their numbers on the X360.
