I did zombie, he called Marty. He walk through hospital like undead motherfucker and biting chunk off neck of you.
He's pretty clean compared to my usual bloody zombies, I figured he's a bit less fresh than the others, more dry and shriveled. He has his hospital kecks on, so I reckon he's some patient who became a zombie at some point.
I started this dude this afternoon, and worked non stop until about 9pm. He's a fairy basic model mesh-wise, but I was a bit crafty with bump-maps, creating the details such as the protruding ribs and the creases on his trouser, as well as enhancing the minced up side of his face.
After rendering, I took it into Photoshop to grunge it up a bit with some noise filters, which adds a lot I think. I also tidied up the rough edges.
Yeah, it is hard. I've been practicing for about 7 years and I'm still only average. Just keep on trying, follow tutorials and do lots of tests.

Fucking A. The ribs on the 2nd pic look a bit off (the texturing maybe), but it's counteracted by the awesome detail of the face. Seriously, that is some hot shit, sha'mone.
It's a Cyrillic Capital Letter Ef, or so charmap tells me.
