I've taken to using Audacity. Its pretty damn good for a free sound studio. I just get a sound of anything like hitting the microphone or making a weird noise, throwing it into Audacity and modifying it to kingdom come. most the time they come out crap but its a fun way of getting sounds i reckon.
If you have a mic. then you can just use the Sound Recorder, with Windows, but you might want a more advanced program to do things like remove or smooth out static to make it less noticable, so on.
Goldwave dosnīt work. When I tried to install it, it said "Cannot locate zip End-of-Central directory. The download is incomplete or truncated. Please download the file again." When I downloaded it again and tried to install it, the same thing happend. Am i just unlucky or is there something wrong with the download?
