Those aren't bad characters!  Why don't you make the art yourself? I think it's high time you start your art career!
I think if a kid would want to make short red hair with light blue armor and other 9 characters like that, they would do it for their own game, and they'd do it with the fucking hair color they wanted.

Because that caracter took me about half an hour to make and its only 1 direction without animation. Hmmm, ((30*4(4*4))/60)/2 = 16. 16 hours it would take for 1 character. (16*10) = 1200 hours for all of them.

if they are going to all look similar, then why don't you make one guy with all the animations and then use him for a dummy for all the other guys. Should save you a lot of time.
