I understood what firespell was saying before, but even if he had the MD5's he couldn't do anything with them. You cannot decrypt an MD5, a quick google search will reveal why. The only way to workout what the passwords are is to find MD5 collisions. Which can take hours, not 5 minutes.

The only real problem would have been that he was able to access precious data on the webserver.

I don't question that you were hacked, but why are you so sure that it was him?
