does anyone know where i can find a free site where i can create a webpage and UPLOAD my games coz sofar i only registerd for a site where i can only upload dumb pictures(i made some serious games but i need a site)

The question here is, how large are your games, and how much space do you think you'd need? Once you know that, simply seach google for a viable answer.

The REAL question here is, are you willing to deal with a webhost that likes to trip over itself atleast once a month for a day. If so, then check out http://www.Sitesled.com/ It's perhaps the best you can find without annoying ads or even more annoying, the inability to have direct linking.
However I wouldn't recommend searching Google, only because half the stuff you find on Google is crap, because all the slow ad based free hosts are fighting for the top.
This is why Freewebs.com is one of the most popular free webhosts around, and yet it's got to be one of the worst hosts to date.
Anyway yeah, Sitesled offers up 30GB of bandwidth a month, and up to 100MB of webspace, without any ads and supports direct linking. That's the way to go!
