Im tring to make an inventory system similar (or exactly the same) as WoW or Everquest2. Im using mmf2 (i have seen the example in the articles writen ages ago) the problem im having is that im not a great coder. But this is the only thing holding me back with a project im making, If anyone is feeling friendly then maybe you could give me a few pointers as to how this is done.

Please keep in mind that im not a great coder. I will try and understand but an idiots guide would be perfect.
thx

I'm sure this is getting old for my posts, but I'll be glad to help you out, just IM me at CassataGames (AIM) or CassataGames@comcast.net (MSN). I'm sure I could help you out, I usually never release games, because 98% of the time I'm working in MMF2, I'm merely experimenting with what I can do, and trying to push myself as far as I can. That way when a game does come my way, I wont have major issues doing it.

Hi Brandon

I have similar questions involving a drag and drop inventory system, with item stacking...
If you are willing to offer a hand to myself (as well as lots of other people tha I'm sure will want to know this exact solution) then I can cetainly lend a hand with graphics work or sprite work in return.

In fact, I'm looking for anyone who is interested in making klick games that wants a large project to work on as a joint effort. My idea is fully drawn out (in my head) but I can easily convert it into a document. I hope to release a very early alpha test soon to see what people think, and so they see the things I am capable of doing.

I am mch like yourself in the fact I have never really "released" a game, rather I make lots of "test" projects to experiment with the things I can do... however now I have a full game project I want to finish and would like some help.
