Not without some sort of windows emulator, I don't think.
They're only created in EXE format, and would probably cost Clickteam a lot of Time/Money to develop Mac/Linux compatability

All click games run perfect in OSX with CrossOver (run .exe's natively) but you need an Intel Mac.

Get Crossover Office. I don't know if it exists for Mac, but it exists on Linux!

"WINE. (Windows Emulator) "
Umm... Wine is an abbreviation to "Wine Is Not an Emulator". Ask them why, coz I dunno!

Dammit binch, computers running Mac is still a PC. I recently got the MacBook black, and immediately put windows on it. Runs flawlessly. It's not a mac. Those don't exist. It's a computer running mac and windows.

Old MMF had troubles with WINE, new one doesn't.
Though WINE is atrocious - I recently switched to Linux and found it has almost no support. People have this ridiculous "NOBODY HAS TO HELP YOU" attitude and they wonder why Linux isn't more popular.
My Ubuntu gave up on me all together so I'm using Windows now. Windows might be shit... but Linux isn't much better.
