It says that you can open .cca files in TGF because those are the supported file types but when I try to open a .cca file it says that it isn't a game file! How do I open these? It also says this in the help section:
But you can also load Click & Create “.cca” applications. Providing the Click & Create application uses the standard GF object types, you can load these directly into The Games Factory.

I have no idea. It's from the tutorial for OpenGL. http://www.clickteam.com/mbfiles2/168351-OpenGLtut2003A.zip
It's most likely done in MMF. Is there a way to convert the files or do something so TGF recognizes it?

The only way to open cca files made with MMF is by using MMF or MMF 2.
MMF (all versions, i think) can open .gam files though.
Therefore MMF > TGF

TGF can only open cca files that are created with Click & Create (and possibly MMF express). You barely find those kind of cca's.

Usually those older type of cca's are libraries.
