I have black and white 2 and the stupid gods said "To disband an arm bring its flag back to the base and drop it" So I did that because I made a huge army and they went and camped out at the base and I can't puck up the flag any more and they are starving my people D: If some one knows how to delete them please tell me thanks a lot.

You could throw rocks at them, dead is sort of disbanded.
Anyway if i recall the first few hours are a giant tutorial, im sure it told you how to disband then.
