In life, the easiest way to explain things is using animal related terminology:
e.g.
Loop 1 = make a rabbit
Executing loop 1, 10 times through = 10 rabbits.
When you make a loop you always perform an action during that loop. SO!! If you have a loop called "hamster". When you start that loop its like you're putting a hamster in a wheel.
You tell the loop or hamster to "run" and it does. Until you end the loop (by taking the hamster out).
