I was just comparing the three programs on the clickteam site and it said.

"Royalty free commercial runtime - Subject to runtime agreement": TGF2 no -- MMF2 yes -- MMF2D no.

What does this mean?
I want to get the best of the 3 programs, but why does MMF2 have this and MMF2D doesn't???

What is 'Royalty free commercial runtime - Subject to runtime agreement' ?

The royality free commercial runtime is the ability to sell your game without mentioning Clickteam anywhere at all.
In TGF2, you're not even allowed to sell your games in the first place.
In MMF2, you're allowed to sell your games, but you have to mention Clickteam and place their logo in several locations.
In MMF2 Developer, you're allowed to sell your games without any mentioning of Clickteam.

When you buy MMF2 Developer, you're basically buying into an investment, you're spending a lot of money, because you plan on making it all back through profit. MMF2 Developer does have special developer only features and extensions though, but none of them are worth the extra $200 you spend for it.
