Both extensions are not working correctly for me.
I am using MMF2.
The buttons made with the button extension that comes with MMF2, show and can be clicked, but when none of the events triggered by their On Click condition do not happen.
And images created by the Screen Capture Extension always turn out to be a 32 pixel by 32 pixel gif image that is just random static.
Assistance on this issue please whether it be a download for those individual files to try overwriting them, or some other way.

I have no experience with the communication between extension files and MMF itself, but if I had to take a wild guess, it sounds like the extensions are corrupt. Try completely uninstalling and reinstalling MMF, this should fix up the extensions. Also, make sure your using the latest build of MMF2 (R244), especially if you're planning on using newer extensions.
